Blue Dragonfly Cut Flower Farm LLC is a family owned business. We grow specialty cut flowers from April to October. We have a Flower Wagon by the driveway where bouquets are sold during the week. Bouquets are not available everyday so we stay in touch with our customers though our Facebook Business Page, where we post when bouquets are available. The Flower Wagon is operated on the Honor System. There is a cash box to drop payments in by the Flower Wagon. We also take Paypal payments. You can contact us and we will send you a QR code via email or text where you can prepay for flowers and pickup later. Orders can be called or text to 919-389-9057.

8/08/2017

Here we are in August with hot, humid weather, insects having meals off the sunflowers and zinnias and of course the powdery mildew on the zinnias.  But this is what we expect every year at this time. Just some years not as bad as others.  But you keep planting and hoping to have a fall crop of useable blooms.
I'm going to post a few pictures of the bouquets we had available on the wagon from May until today August 8, 2017.

These bouquets were on Flower Wagon May 27th, 2017

These are from the June 3rd, 2017 cuts.

These are from June 24, 2017

These are from July 9, 2017

In one bouquet you can see the beautiful Stargazer lily.  The stargazer had just begun to bloom.  In the bouquets below you can also se the limelight millet, tansy, some small pieces of celosia syphlid and hi-z as well a tuberose and of course the zinnias and sunflowers.

These are from July 28, 2017

Now seeing more spiky celosias, purple gomphrena, purple majesty millet and of course lots of bright colored zinnias and the big red head celosias.

These are from August 5, 2017.

Seeing more celosias in bouquets, both the spicata varieties and cristata varieties. And in a few there is the sweet little Henry Eilers rudbeckia.

So this brings up to date through August 2017, showing the basic bouquets we have as the months progress.  I have to say, we have wonderful customers that come and buy from our Flower Wagon when we have bouquets available.  I always enjoy the feedback my customers send my way about our bouquets.
